How to delete your account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Before you start

  • Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • All your data listed below will be removed as part of a cascade delete.
  • After deletion, you will be signed out and returned to the home page.

Where to find the delete option

Agencies: go to Agency Dashboard → Edit Profile, then scroll to Danger Zone.

Brands: go to Brand Dashboard → Edit Profile, then scroll to Danger Zone.

Steps to delete your account

  1. Open your profile edit page (see links above).
  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
  3. Click Delete your account.
  4. In the confirmation popup, review the warning and confirm deletion.
  5. Wait for the loader to complete. On success, cookies are cleared and you are redirected home as a guest.

What gets deleted

The cascade deletion removes your account and related records:

  • User account (and best‑effort removal from authentication provider by email → uid).
  • Agencies and related: agency teams, services, industries, case studies.
  • Conversations and messages you own or that are linked via briefs/proposals.
  • Proposals (sent/received) and linked data.
  • Briefs and related files, industries, and services.
  • Chatbot sessions and any linked conversations/messages/proposals.
  • Notifications, temporary agencies, and subscriptions owned by the user.

Note: This action is irreversible. You can create a new account later, but deleted data cannot be recovered.

Troubleshooting

  • If you see an authorization error, make sure you are logged in to your account.
  • If the popup shows an error, wait a moment and try again. Ensure your internet connection is stable.
  • If the page doesn’t redirect after success, refresh the page. You should be signed out automatically.
